Items and Conditions

Prices include
electricity, water, washing machine, gas, linen ( changed weekly) , pool and garden cleaning, Wi-fi.

Not included
Extra change  of linen 12 euros per person, extra cleaning 10 euros per hour, wood 15 euros per ql. breakfast on request, dinner can be supplied in a tuscan traditional restaurant 2 km from the villa (ask the owner).

Obligatory
Final cleaning 12 euros per person with a minimum amount of 70 euros to pay cash to the owner, heating 10 euros per day

Check in and check out
Weekly, saturday to saturday.
Check in between 4 pm to 7 pm.
It is possible to anticipate the check in time upon prior arrangement with the owner. check out by 10 am on saturday

Paymen
30% prepayment by bank transfer -  settlement 70% on arrival
security deposit:250 euros payable in cash on arrival, which is held and given back to you at the end of your stay
